An integrated component of the NetQoS Performance Center, NetQoS Anomaly Detection leverages the NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer™ NetFlow collection architecture as a data source. No additional instrumentation is necessary to deploy NetQoS Anomaly Detection.

Analyzing nearly a dozen NetFlow traffic patterns across every network flow, NetQoS Anomaly Detection provides both breadth and depth in monitoring abnormal behavior on the network. NetQoS Anomaly Detection works alongside NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer to help detect and isolate the culprits behind network intrusions or degradations in application performance, and provides immediate notifications.

Integration with the NetQoS Performance Center allows you to see NetQoS Anomaly Detection analyses alongside data from other NetQoS products, including NetQoS SuperAgent^®, NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer, and NetQoS NetVoyant^®. You get a comprehensive view of network health and can quickly see how anomalous behavior is affecting application performance for network users. NetQoS Anomaly Detection reports can be published to multiple groups, emailed as a .PDF, and scheduled to run on a user-defined basis.
